Nothing beats a hot casserole on a cold January night.
Especially, when I know that tomorrow night I'll be at a delicious Mexican dinner with an old friend. I cannot wait to see Shelly...it's been six or seven years since we've seen each other. I'm tickled for her to meet Roger and to finally meet her husband Gabriel. What a winter treat!
