A Day at the Beach

We just got back from a terrific day at the beach. It is spring break time, so there were some college students and some families here on vacation. I wondered why there were so many kids and young adults in black...kind of punk rock, kind of hippie, not the usual crowd at the beach. I remembered--Phish--that explains it all! It was fun and entertaining seeing a variety of people at the beach. We walked an hour and went to a local Mexican restaurant in Ghent (I'm not sure what it is called, but it is across from Yorgo's Bagels). Delicious...good food, cold beer. The end to a lovely day, spent with my wonderfully loving husband. I couldn't ask for anything more.
