Yesterday, Roger and I spent what is one of my favorite days living in Virginia. We got up late (almost 10 a.m.) and had a delicious hot breakfast. We headed to Virginia Beach, 45th street for a day playing in the waves and lounging on the beach. We got home, cleaned up and had a little rest before heading to Harbor Park for Tides' Baseball. The Tides still stink, but games are always fun. We were met in section 312 by Dawn, Josh and Jeff. We met Mike Kidder and his date, Jill at the beer stand. The smoke came in just shortly before the end of the game. We came home and got to sleep until about 8 today. What a great day.
Today we've been preparing for Elise, Mike and Cassie's visit starting this Wednesday. Roger is extremely excited, as am I, for their visit. It will be a great time.
Tomorrow, we are back to work and school stuff, but our vacation is coming soon, Yeah!
