A few things have changed for me over the past couple of weeks. Last week I volunteered to travel with ODU's Speech and Debate team to judge some tournaments. I am going to New Hampshire and Tennessee in November over a couple of weekends. I haven't been involved in forensics for 15 years, so I will be talking with the team's president today to go over what the events are and how they are competed. I am excited to be involved in this again.
Monday, Melissa, one of Dawn's techs, quit. I have volunteered to work mornings and a few afternoons to help out until they have someone trained. I am eager to help out the other techs, but am a little worried about my increasing work load. I hope the stress does not get to be too much.
Roger and I are also working out; we're doing circuit training three times a week. It is okay. I don't really like working out, but it is necessary. We want to live a long and healthy life together.
Always changing, that's our world. It makes life fun and interesting.
