Great Morning

I got up at 7:30 or so. Had coffee. Wrote and published my post for my Authorship and Discourse class. Helped Roger with some projects. Showered and dressed (very important) and am now getting ready to head over to school for office hours and class. I feel good about this change. I am confident that Pam will make life easier for Dawn than when I left in August. I don't feel that nagging anxiety that Dawn's office will be in peril (Am I really that dramatic?). Oh well, I am getting used to this academic lifestyle again.

Next up is meeting with Dr. Heller about some key questions for graduate school, mainly how I can go from a B+ paper writer to an A paper writer.

Happy Monday.

I think one of the best things about teaching is the morning. I realized many years ago that it is at this time of the day life is quiet and slow. You are able to collect your thoughts and get some work done. As year pass, I rise early just to enjoy the peace and cats.
