Another Hit

Thanks to Rachel Ray, we had another great dinner, and I even made it under 30 minutes (barely). It was chorizo, black bean and pumpkin polenta...yummy! I love finding and trying new recipes for Roger and me. I also enjoy the challenge of finding gluten/wheat free meals that are not always the same thing. There are certainly a lot of alternatives out there.

It is also nice that friends and family have made such a strong effort to make Roger-friendly food. Nikki's Christmas Brunch was a real treat. Greta always does such a good time making sweets for Roger. Melanie and Dawn and Fran have all gone above the call of duty for good, gluten-free food. I know Roger really appreciates all the effort, and I do, too!

Greetings from freezing NYC!
As regards 'stuff' you have to be very fierce.
Only keep stuff you know to be useful or believe to be beautiful.......
When are you and Roger likely to be in New York?
We would love to meet him!
