I did it. I made a gluten/wheat free pizza for Roger last night. I cheated and found a gluten-free pizza dough mix. But, the rest of the toppings are part of my classic white pizza: roasted garlic, sausage, roasted onions and red peppers, fresh basil, fresh mozzarella and parmesan cheese. I added ricotta cheese, pretty good. Roger seemed pleased (it's all gone already). I am happy to have found a technique to share one of my specialties with Roger. Yummy!
Oh, and one class down, 2 tests to go...ugh! I wonder if this semester will really end on Wednesday for me or not?
