Keats

I get the Writer's Almanac from American Public Radio and enjoy reading the different types of poetry. As I work on my vows to Roger, though, today's poem seemed to catch my eye. John Keats wrote the line, "A thing of beauty is a joy for ever," and I believe it is true. My marriage with Roger is a thing of beauty and I feel it will be a joy for ever. It's funny how fate gives us these little gifts, such as this beautiful inspiration for my vows. I guess I can't use this as part of my vows now, but it is true to my heart. Thanks John Keats.
