The Assateague Lighthouse at the Wildlife Refuge

Yes, even I hiked the Wildlife Loop...it was an asphalt path.
This is the summertime version of the blizzard. The sand is all over the place. This is Roger with the crashing waves behind him.

We had a great time in Chincoteague. We found good coffee, great ice cream, crabs to bash open and eat. We climbed to the top of the lighthouse. We sat on the beach (before the windstorm) and hiked the Wildlife Loop at the Wildlife Refuge. It was a lot of fun. I'm a little sore in my calves. Roger seems to have survived okay. It's time to start the busy summer with school and events.
